The Belvedere Bilo flat is located on the hillside of Monte Nai from which there is a spectacular view of the sea. The beach is about 400 metres away, however, given the steepness of the slope on the way back, it may be advisable to use a car even though the route is considerably longer because of the roads. This is the ground floor of a bi-level terraced house, access to which is via the stairs inside the complex.
The flat has independent access from the parking area at the rear of the complex. From here one descends a few flights of stairs and reaches the veranda of the two-room apartment. The accommodation is smaller than the average of the flats present at Costa Rei but very well cared for and perfect for a couple with a child in tow. Villa Bellavista 2 is part of a well-kept condominium located in the final part of Costa Rei at a short distance from the typical market that takes place in season twice a week. The condominium is on the hillside so the use of a car to reach the beach or the shops may be advisable (renting bicycles may be an alternative). It should be noted, however, that the path is not particularly steep, so a walk can always be pleasant. It is half of a semi-detached villa on two levels connected by an internal staircase. It also has a large private garden with lawn surrounded by hedges and offers a beautiful sea view from the upper floor.
The house is well set back from the parking area and the road and is reached by a short internal pedestrian path. Access to the garden is direct and privacy is guaranteed by the fence and hedges. From the garden there is access to the large covered veranda (raised and separated by a few steps) with table and chairs and from this directly to the house. Villa Moresca is part of a large plot consisting of three villas with driveway access from the main street of Monte Nai (via Ichnusa). It is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few steps via a short footpath leading from the gate on the side of the garden directly to the beach. Shops and basic services can be reached with a short walk so it is also possible to plan a holiday without needing a car, which, however, remains advisable for visiting the surroundings. It is a totally independent villa although it shares a gate with two other properties to access the lot, partially fenced and in a slightly elevated position with respect to the roadway so it offers some small glimpses of the sea. It is separated from Via Ichnusa by thick hedges that guarantee tranquillity and privacy.
The villa is on one level and from the rear of the house where there is a private parking area a few steps lead to the rear of a large living room. It is close to the sea, which can be reached in a few minutes via a convenient footpath through the houses on the beach side.
