Features
The villa is a large semi-detached portion that is arranged on two levels connected by a scenic internal staircase.
From the parking area in which Villa Eos has a reserved parking space, one reaches the entrance to the property via a private flight of stairs. This feature allows the property to have an even more private position within the small complex.
At the end of the stairs you reach the entrance gate to the villa where there is also an outdoor shower and from this to the small, well-kept garden, the covered veranda and the main entrance to the house.
The large living room on the ground floor has a comfortable dining area, lounge and TV and a modern separate kitchenette. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine.
An internal staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cabin. The master double bedroom also has a large private veranda with direct access from which there is a spectacular sea view.
Externally, the large covered veranda makes it possible to enjoy pleasant moments in the open air while enjoying a suggestive panoramic view, as does the small, well-kept front garden which is perfect for sunbathing. The villa also has a convenient barbecue area and plenty of space at the rear for storing service equipment as well as personal belongings.

NEW 2023-2024: the property is now equipped with a 6 Kw photovoltaic system. This feature allows for very low electricity consumption.

Description

The Belvedere Bilo flat is located on the hillside of Monte Nai from which there is a spectacular view of the sea. The beach is about 400 metres away, however, given the steepness of the slope on the way back, it may be advisable to use a car even though the route is considerably longer because of the roads. This is the ground floor of a bi-level terraced house, access to which is via the stairs inside the complex.

Features

The flat has independent access from the parking area at the rear of the complex. From here one descends a few flights of stairs and reaches the veranda of the two-room apartment.
The accommodation is smaller than the average of the flats present at Costa Rei but very well cared for and perfect for a couple with a child in tow.
It consists of a veranda with outdoor furniture and sun awning, living room with dining area and TV (smart with hotbird and astra satellite channels), modernly equipped open kitchenette, single sofa bed, bedroom with two single beds, small bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine (no bidet).

Villa Moresca

Description

Villa Moresca is part of a large plot consisting of three villas with driveway access from the main street of Monte Nai (via Ichnusa). It is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few steps via a short footpath leading from the gate on the side of the garden directly to the beach. Shops and basic services can be reached with a short walk so it is also possible to plan a holiday without needing a car, which, however, remains advisable for visiting the surroundings.
It is a totally independent villa although it shares a gate with two other properties to access the lot, partially fenced and in a slightly elevated position with respect to the roadway so it offers some small glimpses of the sea. It is separated from Via Ichnusa by thick hedges that guarantee tranquillity and privacy.

Features

The villa is on one level and from the rear of the house where there is a private parking area a few steps lead to the rear of a large living room.
The living room houses an open plan kitchen with a large central island for food preparation which is very convenient for cooking enthusiasts. There is also a fireplace and a small dining area with a seating/relaxation corner.
From the living room you can go to the front of the villa where there is a large covered veranda with a brick barbecue and, a few steps below, the front garden which remains private because of the thick hedges and is therefore convenient for sunbathing.
Still from the living room, but via a short corridor, you can access the sleeping area which has three bedrooms (doubles) sharing two complete bathrooms with shower cubicles.

Casa Le Tuie 2 is a modern small villa in the Turagri condo that is located a short distance from the sandy beach of Costa Rei. It has been recently renovated for adapting to modern needs that will allow its guests to enjoy a beautiful holiday to Sardinia.
