Villa Tiziana&Alessia is located in Olia Speciosa (Castiadas), has a private location in a countryside setting, it is close to the village where there are services such as markets, bars, restaurants and shops, many of which are open all year round. The closest beaches are those of Costa Rei and Capo Ferrato, which are just a few minutes away by car (about 12).

In the surroundings there are farmhouses where you can taste the typical products of the area, places of historical and archaeological interest, a still unspoiled nature where you can organize pleasant excursions, small family run country shops where you can buy organic products such as fruit, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, honey and many others. In Olia Speciosa there is also the Castiadas winery which produces white and red wines with an excellent value for money.

Villa Nicola is located in the main area of Monte Nai – Costa Rei in a comfortable position that will allow you to spend your beach holiday by forgetting your car. It is part of a well-kept condo within walking distance of all services and not far from a gorgeous sandy beach (about 400 m.).
