Casa Luna is a (simple but well-kept) larger-than-average flat in Monte Nai on the ground floor of a detached villa a short distance from the beach. It is in a prime hillside position which allows for natural ventilation as well as a beautiful sea view. Shops and services are also within easy reach (about 500 metres away), including a market, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacco bar, typical market twice a week, cash dispenser, newsagent, and doctor.

The flat is on the ground floor with separate access from the first floor. The second flat (not rented and occupied occasionally by the owners) shares only the driveway access from via Ichnusa and the parking area inside the property. Villa De Janas is located in the northern part of Costa Rei in the condominium called ‘Rey Plaia’. It is in a very favourable position with respect to the beach, which can be reached in a moment from Via delle Agavi. Shops and services can also be reached on foot, making it possible to plan a holiday without the use of a car. Villa Moresca is part of a large plot consisting of three villas with driveway access from the main street of Monte Nai (via Ichnusa). It is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few steps via a short footpath leading from the gate on the side of the garden directly to the beach. Shops and basic services can be reached with a short walk so it is also possible to plan a holiday without needing a car, which, however, remains advisable for visiting the surroundings. It is a totally independent villa although it shares a gate with two other properties to access the lot, partially fenced and in a slightly elevated position with respect to the roadway so it offers some small glimpses of the sea. It is separated from Via Ichnusa by thick hedges that guarantee tranquillity and privacy.
