Casa Luna is a (simple but well-kept) larger-than-average flat in Monte Nai on the ground floor of a detached villa a short distance from the beach. It is in a prime hillside position which allows for natural ventilation as well as a beautiful sea view. Shops and services are also within easy reach (about 500 metres away), including a market, restaurant, pizzeria, tobacco bar, typical market twice a week, cash dispenser, newsagent, and doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flat is on the ground floor with separate access from the first floor. The second flat (not rented and occupied occasionally by the owners) shares only the driveway access from via Ichnusa and the parking area inside the property. Internally it has a large living area with dining table and chairs, lounge\/tv corner, and an open kitchenette.
