Villa Stella is located near Costa Rei – Santagiusta behind Monte Nai from which it is protected. It is a charming property that offers unique characteristics: large spaces in a vast plot of land with Mediterranean vegetation and citrus plants, absolute privacy and an enchanting view of the surrounding nature for a totally immersive experience. These features will make the holidays of those who choose it a truly special moment.
The very special location makes it necessary to use a car to access the property and to reach beaches and services that are in any case just a few minutes away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The villa is detached and is surrounded by a large, unfenced garden with green lawns, plants and native hedges. It is tastefully furnished in a minimalist style and offers all the modern comforts one could wish for.
From the main gate on the road, you walk along a private, internal dirt track and reach the property. There are ample parking facilities at the end of the path and close to the house.
The villa is accessed from the front garden via the main entrance which is located in the large covered loggia. The villa also has a rear entrance that leads directly to one of the bedrooms.
The living area is very spacious and offers a generously sized and modernly equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a lounge\/relaxation area.
The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a few steps and consists of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
