Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villa De Janas is located in the northern part of Costa Rei in the condominium called \u2018Rey Plaia\u2019. It is in a very favourable position with respect to the beach, which can be reached in a moment from Via delle Agavi. Shops and services can also be reached on foot, making it possible to plan a holiday without the use of a car.
It is a fully fenced semi-independent villa with large covered verandas on both the front and back sides. There is a large, well-kept garden with lawn, ornamental flower beds and hedges to the front and rear. Privacy from the adjoining units is ensured by the staggered location, hedges and a perimeter wall. The property is in a condominium but being a block of flats it is totally independent from the others and has direct access from Via delle Agavi both pedestrian and vehicular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a single-level villa so there are no internal or internal stairs except for small differences in level from the garden to the verandas.
The side pedestrian entrance gate leads directly to the garden and then to the house, as does the driveway, which is also side. From the front veranda there is access to the large living area where there is also an open kitchenette and a sitting area.
From the two sides of the living room there is access to the bedrooms. On the left side there are two double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin) which share a bathroom with shower. On the right side there is a third double bedroom that adjoins the second bathroom with shower and washing machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
