Casa Le Tuie 2 is a modern small villa in the Turagri condo that is located a short distance from the sandy beach of Costa Rei. It has been recently renovated for adapting to modern needs that will allow its guests to enjoy a beautiful holiday to Sardinia.

It has a quiet and private location within the complex as well as a beautiful and large front garden ideal for cooking on the barbecue or sunbathing.

It is also very nice the large covered veranda useful to enjoy alfresco dining as well as to have relaxing moments maybe drinking a good glass of wine.

Casa Le Tuie 2 offers you an open space living area with fireplace, kitchenette with more than modern equipment such as induction hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher, a small dining table and a plenty of space useful to cooking your favourite recipes. It also has two bedrooms (one is double while the other with bunk beds), a shower room and, moreover, a loft with two single beds accessed by stairs from the living room.

The sandy beach is among the most beautiful in the southern Sardinia and can be easily reached in a few minutes by walk. Within a short distance there are also shops and services, a typical street market twice a week, a tourist information office and an ATM.
